What this is

We run the bot only on our Discord. It rewrites shopping links in a few channels, catches scam and phishing messages, and helps verify forum posts.

What we process

In specific channels the bot reads messages as they come in so it can convert shopping links and spot scam or phishing. That text is handled in memory for the job. We do not keep it outside Discord, sell it, share it, or feed it into any training model.

For forum verification we store Discord IDs (user, thread, channel), timestamps and whether the post is verified. That is so expired posts can be cleaned up. We do not store the message text from those posts.

When the anti-scam side takes an action, it may post a short log in a private staff channel on Discord.

What we skip

• We do not track or profile people.
• We do not read DMs.
• We do not sell or hand your data to anyone else.
• We do not use any of this to train models.

How long we keep it

Verification records stick around only while the forum post is still active. When the post expires, they get deleted with it.
