Before you write
Nothing is sold, stocked or shipped from here. The site indexes listings that already sit on third-party marketplaces, our team adds the catalog, creator pages and fits on top, and users add their own bits, like comments. Taking something down here does not touch the original listing on the marketplace, which is out of our hands, but our copy goes.
Rights holders
Put "Takedown" in the subject and send it to [email protected]. Include:
- Who you are and which right you hold, with registration numbers or a description of the work.
- Confirmation that you own it or that you're allowed to act for the owner.
- The exact URLs you want gone, one per line.
- A line on why each one infringes.
- An address we can reply to.
- A statement that this is accurate and made in good faith.
You'll usually hear back within 5 working days, and clear cases come down sooner than that. Acting on a report is not us admitting anything.
Reporting from the app
Items, fits and comments have a report button. That's the quickest route for spam, scams, harassment or illegal content, since it drops straight into the moderation queue. Whoever you report never sees who reported them. Email works too if you prefer.
Photos of you or your data
If we removed your content
Send the URL and a short reason and we'll look again. Accounts that keep posting infringing or illegal stuff get removed.
Bad faith reports
Automated bulk claims and blanket demands with no specific URLs get pushed to the bottom of the pile. Be specific and this moves fast.
